Marketing for Firms of 10 or More Attorneys
You have someone in house. We work alongside them, not around them, coordinating multiple practice areas and multiple locations.
Larger law firms rarely need an agency to take over marketing. They need specialist capacity their in-house team does not have time or tools to provide: paid search managed to signed cases, local search across several offices, intake measurement and campaigns built for practice areas with very different buyers. We provide that capacity and report into the person who already owns marketing at your firm.
Working with your in-house team
Your marketing director or coordinator knows the partners, the brand and the history. We do not replace that. We take on defined work, agree on who owns which decisions and deliver in the formats your team already uses. If your team handles social media and events, we leave them alone. If they need someone to run paid search, local search and conversion tracking to a higher standard, that is where we focus.
Everything we build sits in your firm's accounts, documented so your team can see every change. We would rather make your in-house marketer look good to the partners than compete with them for credit.
Multiple practice areas, one plan
A firm with personal injury, family law and estate planning is running three businesses with three buying patterns. An injury client decides in days, a family law client over weeks, an estate planning client over months or years. Marketing all three with one message and one budget produces confused results and internal arguments about who gets credit.
We plan and report by practice area. Each has its own campaigns, landing pages, intake questions and cost per retained client, so the management committee can see which practices are growing efficiently and allocate budget accordingly.
Multiple locations without cannibalization
Firms with offices in, for example, Virginia Beach, Newport News and Richmond often compete with themselves: overlapping ad targeting, duplicate listings and location pages that say the same thing. We coordinate locations so each office has a clear territory, a properly verified Google Business Profile, its own reviews and a location page that reflects the local courts and client base.
Governance and compliance
At this size, marketing involves approvals, and bar advertising rules apply to every attorney whose name appears in an ad. We work within your approval process, keep a record of what ran and where, and flag claims that commonly cause problems under the rules in Virginia, DC and Maryland. Final responsibility for compliance stays with the firm, but you will not be surprised by what we publish.
Frequently asked questions

- No. We work alongside your in-house team, take on defined specialist work and report into the person who already owns marketing.
- Can you report by practice area and office?
- Yes. Every campaign is tracked to its practice area and location, with cost per qualified lead and cost per retained client for each.
- How do you handle attorney approvals?
